The problem
Neighborhood information is usually scattered across Facebook groups, email chains, hand-lettered signs, and the ancient rite of hoping someone remembers to tell you. Woods Creek View creates one focused, community-owned place for the information residents actually need.
What I am building
Woods Creek View is a local community website with announcements, event listings, and resident-submitted updates. It is meant to be useful to people who live nearby, rather than a generic social network attempting to manufacture a community from engagement metrics.

Engineering focus
This project is a practical web-product exercise: turning a local need into a clear information architecture, designing the content flows, and creating a simple interface that does not require users to learn a new hobby just to find an event.
